Is my spot guaranteed when I place an order?

Placing an order does not guarantee your spot in the camp or program. Each program has specific requirements, such as eligibility criteria, availability, and acceptance from the camp or program provider. Once your application is reviewed and accepted by the camp, we will notify you.

How does the payment process work?

Currently, there is no online payment option available. You can either submit a Non-Binding Inquiry to learn more or proceed with an Order Request. For confirmed participants, payments are made directly to the camp or program provider after acceptance. You will receive payment instructions if you are accepted.

What additional costs should I expect?

In addition to the program fee, there may be other expenses, including but not limited to transportation to and from the camp, insurance coverage, visa processing fees (if applicable), and any personal expenses during the program. Please review each program’s specific details to understand all related costs.

What is a Non-Binding Inquiry?

A Non-Binding Inquiry allows you to express interest in a camp or program and receive more information without committing to a spot. This is ideal if you are considering multiple options or need more details before deciding.

Are there specific requirements for each camp or program?

Yes, each camp or program may have specific age requirements, skill levels, language proficiencies, or other eligibility criteria. Be sure to read each listing carefully. After submitting an order request, you may be asked to provide additional information to complete the application.
