- Age: 11–17
- Gender: girls
- Level: from all abilities to developing/advanced players (depending on the chosen date)
Camp length, dates and options
According to the brochure, girls can join for a 1‑week (6‑night) or 2‑week (13‑night) stay in July and August 2026. Some weeks are run at Charterhouse School, others at Winchester College; all date options for this product are listed in the selector above.
The volleyball brochure describes two main options:
- Total Volleyball – up to 24 hours per week of volleyball coaching and game play.
- Volleyball + English – volleyball training plus up to 13 hours of English lessons per week, using the same accelerated learning approach as other Nike Sports Camps.
Training programme
Training is developed by professional players and experienced coaches. Across the week, girls typically cover:
- Serving and serve‑receive, including individual technique and team organisation.
- Passing, setting and attacking skills.
- Blocking and defensive systems.
- Small‑group drills and full‑court scrimmages.
The mix of technical work, tactical understanding and match play is designed to help each player progress from her current level, within a positive and motivating environment.
